Privacy Policy — Learn Drawing

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Learn Drawing ("the app", "we", "us") is a mobile app that teaches drawing step by step or lets you draw freely. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and what rights you have. It is written to meet Google Play's Data Safety requirements and applicable data protection laws (the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).

No account required

The app does not require an account, sign-in or personal profile. Your drawings (including everything in "My Notebook"), the text you add to the canvas, your tracing-paper images and the app language you choose are stored entirely on your device. Learn Drawing has no servers of its own and never uploads this content anywhere.

Data we collect and third-party services

The app uses the following four Google services in the background. Each of them collects and processes data under its own privacy policy. This data does not include direct identifiers such as your name or email address; we only access it as aggregate reports and do not identify individual users:

For details on how these services process data:

The app does not collect or request your name, email address, precise (GPS) location, contacts, photos or any other personally identifying information.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell your data. The data listed above is shared only with the relevant Google service (Firebase, AdMob) for the stated purposes (debugging, usage analytics, version checks, ad delivery). No data is shared with any other third party.

Sharing drawings: When you share a drawing with the "Share" button, your device's own share menu opens and the drawing is sent only to the app you choose (e.g. a messaging app). This sharing is entirely under your control; Learn Drawing never sends your drawings anywhere on its own.

Device permissions

Turning off ad personalization

If you do not want Google AdMob to show personalized ads, you can delete or reset your advertising ID on Android:

After the advertising ID is deleted the app still shows ads, but they are no longer personalized to your interests.

Data retention and deletion

Your drawings are stored only on your device — uninstalling the app permanently removes all local data (including saved drawings), and we cannot recover it. Drawings you saved to your gallery or shared are independent of the app and remain after it is uninstalled. Data collected by Google services is subject to Google's retention policies: Firebase Analytics automatically deletes user-level data after 2 months and Crashlytics deletes crash records after 90 days. For AdMob data retention, see Google's privacy policy.

International data transfers

The Google services we use (Firebase, AdMob) may process data in data centers around the world, including countries outside Turkey and the European Union. These transfers take place under Google's own compliance frameworks (e.g. the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights and data requests

Under KVKK and the GDPR you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. Because the app has no account system and keeps no record that personally identifies you, we cannot match such requests to an individual. However:

Data security

In-app data (saved drawings) is stored only on your own device, protected by the standard app sandboxing of your operating system. Data sent to Firebase/AdMob is protected by Google's industry-standard security measures (including encryption in transit/TLS).

Children's privacy

Learn Drawing is designed for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about your child using this app, please contact us at the email address below.
